What is a virtual cook-along? Using a virtual meeting platform, I’ll lead you in preparing a meal. We’ll share stories and learn about the ingredients, handy kitchen techniques and delicious recipes.
How does it work? I will work with you to design a menu. I can easily work with most dietary restrictions and preferences, and design menus to work with various skill levels, grocery availability and equipment in the kitchen.
I do all the work (except for the cooking!) Your team will receive the menu and an organized grocery list 7-10 days ahead of time, offering plenty of time to shop. The menu includes any prep steps needed before the event begins. Then it’s time to cook! During the event, I will walk you through the recipes step by step.
What sets my events apart?
Team-effort: While I’ll be in the kitchen, a camera person will be offering dynamic coverage so you don’t miss a thing, plus an event concierge will monitor chat and tech support so things are as smooth behind the scenes as they are on camera.
Interaction: I’ll make sure everyone gets to join in - “Tell us a great culinary travel story!” While having fun, everyone will get to know a little more about each other.
